Anyone here love the Phillies Tomorrow With Hamels?

Public loves Dodgers. Phillies -133 looks like a great bet. Lowe is LA's best pitcher and probably the 2nd best pitcher left in baseball postseason. Hamels however is the best pitcher right now left.

I really think people are underestimating Cole Hamels. He is the best pitcher and playing at home.

Also, Philly has a lot of left handed hitters and Lowe will have trouble. Something tells me Hamels shuts the Dodgers out and Phillies win this 3-0.

Do you agree Hamels is the best one then?

Beckett has not been the same like he use to be. Lester is i agree 2nd or 3rd. Dice K and Kazmir are better than Lowe right now.

Don't get me wrong, you're points supporting are very well put, but I would rather have Jon Lester and a banged up Josh Beckett (experience) pitch a game for me before Hamels.

Hamels, Lester, Kazmir, Shields, Garza, Dice-K, and Billingsley are all pitchers I would rather have on the mound than Lowe. I'm not knocking Lowe with that comment, those are just all very good pitchers.

Before people say I forgot Beckett also I know I left him off. This year he hasn't pitched well and he didn't pitch well in his first playoff game. No reason to assume he will start pitching better as the playoffs go on.

Hamels will pitch around Manny

Blake, Furcal and Martin are junk to say the least. I mean, maybe it is me, but Marting never gets a clucth hit, EVER !

I just don't see them hitting Hamels at all.

Dodger time

I think Dodger win tonight. Not because I am dodger fan.

Hammel is good.

Lowe will dominate tonight. He is good on the big stage
Just my opinion.
Plus last visit to Philly Dodger got beat up ugly. They redeem themselves tonight

I think they're a bit overpriced in tonight's game. But WAY undervalued for the series.

Overpriced??? The home team has won every game between these teams in the regular season. Philly at home with their ace on the mound at -135-1.40.

When you look at the rotations both teams wheel out it would appear to me that the Phils are heavily relying on Hamels to win both of his starts (which he is more than capable of)..if not they might be in trouble, so I'm not sure I agree..you're going to have to pay a premium on the Philsn anytime they are throwing Hamels (the best starter left in the playoffs).
