there are two teams more than capable of scoring 35 themselves.
that said, one team has PROVEN they can while the other is still trying to get untracked. but its reasonable to think cleveland's inevitable breakout is looming around the corner. i am the first one to give an nfl 'under' a good look .... but you couldnt get me to play this game under even if you gave me 50 for the number.
