1. What are the top three sites for tracking public money? (ie. When a poster mentions something like "73% of public money is on Penn State." Where are they getting their data from?)

2. Are Vegas and offshore books actually uploading the data for their take on each individual game? If so, is it in real time, hourly, daily, etc...? If not, is the data an estimate?

3. Why would books want the public to know how much has been bet on each side, game, etc...?

Any other insights on this topic would be appreciated.
