Lived to tell about it. Even if it's only $100 I always toss something on a game and I must say it is really different watching a game without a wager. I seem to lose interest real fast. I guess what I am trying to say is I wonder if I would even watch many games if I didn't gamble other then The Bills and occasionally The Sabres. It's almost like it's a 35 year habit.

It takes a while to get used to. When you were as consistent as I was in your betting style a lot of time if you know the line you know who you would have bet on, so sometimes its nice to watch when you know you wouldve bet and lost on Team A. Since you didnt it kinda feels like winning.

Prime example - last nights Red Sox didn't cost me a penny.

I have a hard time watching any game (excluding Cubs, Bears, Bulls, Illini) without action.

Not interesting.

With the exception of College Football and the occasional good NFL matchup and NCAA Tourney, I don't watch any sports I don't bet on.

I would kill myself trying to watch baseball or the NBA if I didn't bet.

I watched exactly 3 pitches in the game last night, as I didn't have a wager on it.

I will watch any sport at the end if the game is close. For example, in the NBA if the game has 5 seconds left and is a 2 point game, but if it is tied with :55 seconds left, I will change the channel to what I was watching and if I remember to go back I will, but otherwise, F it.

Even when I bet on the NBA, I have a hard time watching it. I really don't know how people go to NBA games, paying their own way. I can go to any Dallas Mavs game free anytime and I never ever go.

I'm a firm believer in this. I call it negative betting. Sometimes if I forget to bet or just really did not quite like it enough to pull the trigger, I'll pull just as hard for it to lose. Not as good as winning but sometimes not losing is winning.
