Anyone have any serious ideas how I can get a cash using my cc other than taking a cash advance from it? Anywhere you can purchase a money order or somehow "send cash to myself"? I saw a previous thread about ordering $1 coins from the US mint but am looking to get about $5k and they have a low limit i think. Thanks!
