Yes, bleach or x14, or another mildeside will remove it, but they won't look like fresh paint. I take it you plan on painting them again? If so, remove the mold, sand lightly, apply a coat of bonding primer and a finish coat of oil. You can do all the coats with a spray can if you can find the deired color in a spray.

I have been using a great product called "Spray Nine".

This stuff is the best that I have seen in a long time. I buy it at the Home Depot, and a local hardware store now. After reading the label, it is amazing what this stuff can do.

*cough* her.. :nohead:

You may still have stains from the mold/mildew that won't come off; in which case I could paint them for you for a modest fee of 175$ per chair + shipping :ohno:

Well thanks for your suggestion...I just got back from an all nighter at the ER with everyone laughing at me> Still sick at my stomach and light headed.

I used to do industrial sanitation for a major poultry processing company. Once while finishing up foaming down my machines with acid(to give it a shiny finish)some mexican was waiting in line for the foam gun, dude dumped a gallon of chlorine into my 1/4 gallon of acid and "reached for my hose". I told him what he did and ran. I tried to dump it into the drainage ditch before it filled the room with crude mustard gas but one small breath forced its way into my lungs as I was doing so and it almost killed me. I was breathing at 1/10 capacity for about three hours, scary shit. Effin Mexicans.
