I'll speed up this threads trip to the RR by saying that I would think the vast majority of Democrats would tell you they can "look" at something and tell you if its quality or not. While a Conservative would tell you to ask him again in 4 yrs...
Doesnt answer your question but its what came to mind when i read it..
