I don't find too much fault being down with that much time left & having timeouts. My bigger beef is you are down 11 so you need a FG at some point to tie & on 4th & goal at the 3, you go for it knowing that if you miss, you wasted time & have to still score twice. In that spot you must take the chip shot FG & play defense as well as you did almost all game. They lucked out with the Portis fumble.
