I find the complete opposite to be true. I never win in College. In the NFL all you have to do is bet on the team that looked horrible last week and bet against the team that looked unstopable last week. That is like half the battle. Case in point, last week Carolina got the snot beat out of them by T.B. while N.O. beat Oak by 30+ points. This week Carolina beats the hell out of N.O. Last week S.D. beat the hell out of N.E. this week Buffalo beats them.
The 4th quarters this year have been really wild and unpredictbale too......teams blowing big leads, teams scoring 28 points in a quarter, and stuff like that.
These games this year cruise right along for 3 quarters and your bets looking good then POW! The 4th quarter comes and its like a totally different game. I guess desperation sets in.

Meh.....Selective memory. Rams 'shocked' the world last week while Da 'Skins came crashing back to earth. Rams followed it up, 'Skins lost ATS again. (To Cle BTW who also shocked the world & was playing OTR on short rest to boot.) And oh yeah....those little lambies beat big bad D who looked like sh!t LW vs. AZ.
So much for that theory.
