Any place where u can host a contest for free online?

Looking for one with like 50 questions and people can write in their own sayings/answers.

The website im helping who will be using the contest can hold the info on there own servers...but they have never done it before so we are assuming we need a website to host it for us...with the correct software...so people can sign up for the contest.

also if possible we want to be able to make ads and pictures for the questions being answered.

any help appreciated...maybe im on wrong page and they can do this much easier???

how would i run a contest online??? jus like 50 questions and it would let me people sign up to take the contest test...

please any info appreciated....or is it smarter to jus do it on our own host site....or maybe create a new site jus for the contest???
