How hard would it be to start a Western Union or Moneygram service?

How hard would it be to start an online service that allowed people to send $$$$ to these offshore sportsbooks? Anyone ever looked into that?

..........very difficult!!! you have to have a lot of banking connections but .... if you could do it .. you would only need to work for 6 months to a year and you would never have to work again in your life.....of course you would never be able to go into the states again either....... small price to pay for making millions!!!
