Girlfriend of 3 1/2 years dumped me. We fought alot the last 3 months but this was the last thing I thought would happen. I told this girl I wanted to marry her. Im still kind of shocked.

Try not to think of things you guys used to do together. Get out and remain active.

It can very tough at times, particularly if you lived together.
