do you guys really think they care they lost. They are probably out at a bar getting hammered and betting on football. It's not like they are sitting in a dark corner of their house crying that they didn't win. Athletes don't care nearly as much as people would like to believe.

I'm sure the players were a bit upset at first because athletes tend to be competitive people, but I'm sure once they got home they didn't give a shit anymore and are just enjoying the off time. It would upset a team like the Rays more had they of lost because it's new to them and they want that ring, but to a team like the Sox where most the players have been there and done that it didn't mean shit to them and they are just as happy, if not more so, to be at home spending time with their family or out at clubs having a good time.
