Myers was 3-8 on the road with a 6.21 ERA
Shields was 9-2 at home this year with a 2.59 ERA

TB was 57-24 at home
Phillies were 44-37 on the road
Myers picked up a victory against the Dodgers in the NLCS in his last outing, but it was an ugly performance - five earned runs on six hits and four walks over just five innings of work.
Rays are 5-1 in Shields' last 6 starts with 4 days of rest.

Post Myers road stats since he came back from the minors they are alot better. Myers was lights out in Game 1 and outside of the Manny HR he pitched well in Game 2. Shields has gotten hit in the playoffs especially at home.

They call Big game cause he pitches in big games for TBay, doesn't mean he had won a big game, though.:missingte

Shields got lucky. Phillies had chances off him all night, but didn't do shit with RISP. Still umps are one of the main reasons to blame tonight. Baldelli call was fucking horrible.

That was a horseshit call. Rollins was CLEARLY HBP in the ninth. That could have changed the inning. Phils shot themselves in the foot all night though. Umps were in the Phils back pocked in game 1 though.
