My local doesn't move lines. We have tampa -160 with local. And my online is offering philly +170.

Is there free $$ to grab? I don't even mind taking a risk at philly ATL RUN -1.5 LINE +250. Only risking philly winning by 1.

you would be surprised at how often it lands on one...

I would bet the limit on TB at that price.
