This is why I have never called a book from my cell (don't have a landline). Always put 000-000-0000 in as my number when it is a required field to sign up and if I absolutely have to call them, I go to a payphone, as much of a hassle at that is.

The CS rep asked me if I had a phone number and I flat out told her that I did but I wasn't going to give it to her because I didn't want to be called and if that was a problem then close my account and send my money back. She relented. No way they turn down your money because you don't give them your number.
