Tamp bay has been gritty all year. now it seems like they are folding in the spotlight especially in Philly.

the world will be on Philly tonite-becareful if Rays win tonite because philly will wish they finished them off tonite

remember they did knock off the defending champs

I'm a Rays backer too but last night was do-or-die and, well, it wasn't pretty. Now they face the best pitcher in the playoffs on the road down 3-1 after a demoralizing loss? Even I can't justify not pulling the trigger on Philly tonight. If it was any other pitcher I'd think twice, but this is just a no-brainer to me.

i know Chief exactly what u mean! all we can do is hope the rays can get out in fromnt and And Kazmir is lights-out. will be fun if we can take it back to Tampa .im not betting the game but will be pulling for what i just said.

I would not back that over the best pitcher in baseball right now... Thats just crazy. Prob a 10% chance the rays win.

Sort of like the way the Rays blew a 7-0 lead against Boston in game 5? Go figure then that they still eventually won the series.
My point simply being even if the Phillies don't win tonight, I hardly think they'll be wishing they had finished Tampa off at home. Oh sure, any team prefers to win at home but I'm quite sure that'll be the last thing on the players minds as they head to Tampa Bay for a possible game six.
Actually come to think of it, I believe Tampa Bay is the team that's doing all the 'wishing' right now; wishing they were in the Phillies shoes, with their ace going at home.
Should be interesting and you're right in that this series isn't over just yet. It;s only 12:37 p.m. e.s.t. where I'm located.

They would be well served to score first in this one. If Philly scores first and it is early this one will get ugly.

Make no mistake, this Rays team not even close to quality of the Red Sox team mentioned. I also bet the Rays in the series & know what I see, the Rays are toast & Kazmir will get drilled tonight in Philly. Kazmir not the same pitcher without steroids:sad3:

if you thought +400 had value, you can hit +510 right now at matchbook. and with hamels done, this doesnt look too bad. i got a good feeling after seeing them manufacture that run with two outs.
