Any love for Joey Porter?

Many felt he was washed up. Too old. Too big of a contract for an old washed up free agent. Was a product of the Steelers system.

Porter has 10 ½ sacks this season -- tying a career-high mark that earned him a Pro Bowl selection in 2005 with Pittsburgh.

His 10.5 sacks leads the league. But his sacks have been at the right time. He has also forced a bunch of fumbles and has been the spark for Miami after a horrific 1 win season and losing Jason Taylor and Zach Thomas on top of it.

Plenty of games to go and Porter is on pace for over 20 sacks this season if he keeps up this tremendous pace. His fiesty attitude has been a great spark for the Phins D and a big reason for their turn around.

He's a stud , He predicted a win in New England and followed it up with 3 sacks and forced fumble during the 25 pt blowout. Thats what i call backing up your talk ....
