I haven't handicapped this game with stats dating all the way back to 1981 or anything. I just have noticed over the years that average, 2nd tier and great teams average things out with their records.

Here are some recent examples The Vikings needed that game against the Saints more to save their season and for some reason the Football Gods allowed it to happen. The Cowboys needed that game vs the Bucs in a bad way and they got it. The Saints needed the London game vs the Chargers more and they got it.

I think the Colts are going to take this game and get an early 14-17 point lead before the Titans knows what hits them. Plus every single analyst and so called expert are dismissing the Colts. How bad can this loss hurt the Titans? Not much at all. The Colts on the other hand need this game to keep hope alive.

im gonna take indy tonight but sd needed yesterdays game vs the saints and they lost....this year the power teams of the past few years are down...its the begining of the changing of the guard...teams like indy/sd/dallas all struggling and might not make it into the playoffs...

will be interesting to see how indy responds in this big game for them

Both SD and Saints needed the game but Saints needed it more due to a tougher division. 9-7 wins the AFC West but 10-6 doesn't even guarantee a wild card in the NFC.

I can't pull the trigger on Indy because their run defense (or lack thereof) scares the shit out of me. Good luck though because Indy really needs this game.

Colts will likely bring additional guys to stop the run and force Kerry Collins to beat them here. If you believe in Collins and the Titans' WRs, then Tennessee is obviously the choice. Personally, I don't trust em.

The reason the Colts need this game so much is simple ! They aren't very good ! Their offensive line sucks and they are up against the best defense in the league. The reason almost all the experts pick the Titans is also simple ! They are right now a better team and of course they are at home and are tired of the Colts winning the Division every year. Call me crazy but I see an easy victory for the Titans ! Run Manning Run !
