the only thing I can think that your 3rd grade maturity of a little mind was referring to was "Move,Fried alive in'85" when the racist black organization "Move", who had shot a Philly cop to death in cold blood, had a "device" dropped by helicopter onto it's roof as they were barricaded up in a house and holding infants in front of them...whoops,the device had a little too much C4 in it and....
