Anyone else feel this way? I think if you polled 10 different people on who they think would win the Super Bowl you would get at least 7 different answers or more. I dont think Tenesee is anything cloe to special though all they just do is win.

If someone stuck a gun to my head I would say Pittsburgh versus Phialdelphia but that should change next week:nohead:

What do you guys think?

I think if Vince Young gets back Titans are a lock, Kerry Collins is pathetic. My pick is Carolina to win it with Delhomey

Tennessee is winning like the Ravens, Bucs and Giants won during their respective Super Bowl years - great team defense and ball control offense.

The Giants made their offense look like a college team on Sunday.

The AFC is as down as it has been in years, IMO. Lots of just okay teams. Wouldnt surprise me if the Chargers made some major noise by the end of the season.

Who do you like in the AFC and please dont tell me the Titans, yuck. I dont buy into the Titan hype. Long season still left and that schedule they have played has been pretty much a joke. Good regular season team but not the look of a SB champ, IMO.

This is why imo the NFL is the most over-rated of all sports.this is the way the nfl wanted it to be., just like what nascar did to it sport yrs ago.to kept the fans holding on until the end.....ck the bottom line to get the most bang for your buck, or another way to put it all the money it can get from it fans ..........

Aren't they the best *insert whatever record under .500* team every freaking year? Whoever wins that crap division (read: whoever wins week 17 when Denver & SD meet up) is one & done.

Titans are going to be tough to catch for HFA. With three more gimmes on the schedule....even if they only go 2-4 vs. GB, Chi, Jax, NYJ, Pitt & Indy that's still 12-4. J'ville & Indy aren't running the board. Pitt's got the hardest schedule left of the 5-2's. I've got Buff down for the 2nd bye.

AFCE: Buff
AFCS: Tit's
AFCN: Pitt
AFCW: SD
WC1: Jax
WC2:NE

Jax & Pitt are Rd. 1 winners, Buff & Tenn hold serve to meet up in the AFCCG. Buff wins in a shocker.

NFCCG is a toss-up between Caro & NYG.

If Vince Young comes back the Titans become even more one dimensional. Kerry Collins can still chuck the pill, Colts made Kerry beat them on Monday night and thats exactly what he did. Also he doesn't exactly have the best wr corps to throw too.

Right now it looks like Giants /Titans matchup as Defense wins. Pitt couldn't even muster a first down against Giants in the 4 th quarter

I guess my point is it is a long season, do you trust the Titans to sustain this the whole year and be the same team at the end of the year they are now? I don't see that happening.

Ice, couldn't agree with you more about the long season factor. It sems every year a team dominates the regular season with an incredible record only to fade away in the playoffs. Last year's Patriots was the most recent example. I think we forget just how much a 16-game season wears on a player's ability to dominate consistently in a very violent sport. The teams that win in the playoffs are winning the battle of attrition. That's why a great defense and a decent ball control offense seem to be the keys. Tennessee will need to perform with these 2 facets as well at the end of the season as they are now. The odds are not with them.
