That will never happen. No need for us to ship our money overseas in this kind of economic state. What really NEEDS to happen is legalizing it in the US, and only allow US-based companies to get in on the action. Then it will really explode and the goverment can tax it and the money will stay in our country at least.

Personally, think it's conservative number. BUT--it could be based on some type of minimum bet or whathaveyou.

My personal belief is that 95% of politicians are "bought and paid for". That explain the don't ask--don't tell idea.
