When it is say 3rd and 25.......the illegal contact penalties that give the offenses an automatic first down.

They have to change that.

No they dont in those situations the defenders HAVE to be aware that there should be no silly contact 15 yards before first down marker

I AGREE.....it's a killer penality, and many teams have in their playbook to initiate contact with the defenders to draw flags. Ever notice those illegal contact penalities always seem to occur on third downs?
