Can someone tell me whether this mutual fund trades in the NYSE or in the
NASDAQ? I am getting mixed opinions, thanks

FOCPX, is an open-end mutual fund. It doesn't trade on either exchange (NYSE or NASDAQ). You (your brokerage firm) submits buy and sell orders directly to Fidelity and you will get that day's price. The daily price is published by Fidelity around 5:30pm Eastern time.

Open-end funds (symbols with 5 letters ending in X) don't trade on exchanges, closed end funds (less than 5 letter symbols) do trade NYSE or NASDAQ.

Hope that helped.
