Poll - keep or disable the "Balloon" function here in the Offshore Forum.

Apparently some posters are irritated by the so called "baloon" or captions that you can view by running your mouse over a particular thread.

I encourage all Offshore posters (quality or not) to vote in this poll. The majority rules (I am assuming that we should be able to disable the captions should YES win the poll).

I dont see any negatives of baloons. Saves me time from opening up stupid threads that have misleading titles, which is very convenient in the Rubber Room. Also u can check like 10 different people's picks without ever opening a thread.

I can see why some people don't like them.

If you roll your mouse over the Thread Titles, it can be a pain in the ass.
With Balloons popping up .
BUT, if you roll your mouse away from the Thread Titles. You Won't get the Balloons.
