I officially have a Casino Royale players card in my name :nohead:

Didn't have a choice....black chips on single deck BJ make them really nervous. It was even funnier hearing them in the pit saying "watch him"

By the way, the Casino Royale once had one of the very best slot/vp cards for locals in the entire valley..........great promotions and great mailings coupled with beatable machines.

Wiseguys took thousands from that joint.

One of my favorite casinos. I swear when you walk in its like you took a trip into the 1980's.

They have 100x odds on craps though, and that is hard to find.

Don't laugh, I've been there more times than I can count. I knew an old Horsehoe(Binions) guy that ran the place for a few years. I had the best craps roll in my entire life there one Friday afternoon. A kid got the dice and threw 1 or 2 craps, then rolled 45 minutes trying to hit a FOUR. When 2+2 hit the place went crazy. I estimated he hit around 25 6s and 8s. He hit a couple more points making it over an hour roll. The amazing thing was he broke about even himself, so I started a pot and he ended up with 7 or 8 hundred. I still get coupons and offers for 3 free nights, but I have never taken them up on it. The wife and I still go there and end up getting a free meal at Outback.

I like the sales they do at entrance........picked up some nice shirts and dufflebags for 10 cents on the dollar.

This is one of Billsfans favorite casinos.

When I worked at the Sands, took my lunch break to the Casino Royale for a couple beers.

I love the Casino Royale! Had a great 3 days playing craps there about 3 years ago. Drinks come fast unlike the big casinos and always played with a great crew and fun players. Every time I walk past the Casino Royale, I would stop in and get a $1 Michalob. Feels more like old Vegas playing there and downtown.

I have stayed there no lesss than four times (one time the AC was broke), but always a good experience.....and don't forget Noble Romans pizza and $1 Mich bottles :103631605

I've never understood the big deal about 100x odds. Yes you can win more quickly but you can lose more quickly just as easily...

100X odds give you much more flexibility with amount of odds on line and come bets

What other casino game will they let you put a decent amount of money out at EV ?? Pass line bets w/100x odds is a miniscule -EV. Beware the variance, though ! :toast:
