Does anyone know of a sportsbook that offers building parlays and teasers at different times? For example: 2 team 7pts teaser.

I would select team1 on week11... then select team2 on week12? I would win my teaser on week12.

The corrrect terminology would be an "Open" teaser or parlay.
The Greek permits player to do this for sure.
