bookmaker question

Does anyone have contacts at bookmaker that could assist in answeringquestions about a payout? I have had acceptable payout times in thepast with no issue around my requests. My requests aren't large(usually around $700-$1000). However, this one has been extremelypainful.My initial request was made on Nov 7th. I was asked for proof ofdeposit which I faxed in. Upon reciept of my information, they askedme to re-submit my request. I did so on the 10th or 11th. I followedup several days later to make sure the informaton met thier needs andcheck on my request. I was told to re-request again. I never got aclear reason why all the re-requests. I asked the CS representitiveonline to enter my request this time to see if that would help get itgoing. I followed up on the 17th with online chat and was told myrequest was denied. He instructed me to check with the payoutdepartment during thier working hours. I call today (18th) and chatwith them and am told my original request is still valid, not deniedas I was told just 2 days ago.The painful part about this is that each time I have to "re-request" Iget pushed back in the queue for processing of the payout.Most times I'm very passive with these situations and let them workout but am really frustrated with the incorrect communication whichhas caused the delay.I'd appreciate if anyone here can put me in touch with someone atBookmaker who can provide me with some status and directon. I can't help but wanted to say that they have f*cked me around trying to withdraw too. Their customer service needs to get their act together. Different story from them everytime I call.

Talked this months ago along with other posters about their delays & poor customer service. They pretty much pay you when they feel like it. Yeah they pay but it's whenever they get around to it.

6under how did you fund the book? I heard its much easier when you fund books with cash.

DSI their sister book recently took 6 days from request to receipt of a moneygram payment I requested. I don't know if they use the same processor for that or what.

i requested an ACH payout back in september and it took only 2 days before money was in my bank account. Now in november its been 8 days and nothing. has anyone done an ACH payout from bookmaker this month? if so, how long did it take before $$ was in your bank account from the time that you requested it.

I requested payout from Diamond which is sister book to Bookmaker and Cris. Same book basically. I think they use the same processors. Anyway its been a week tommorrow for FedEx check payout and with Thanksgiving being tommorrow I know I won't get it tommorrow. There is one more day before the weekend and if I don't get it then, it will be Monday at the earliest and approaching 2 weeks. They must be going through a processor change or something.

In their defense they always say it could take 7-10 business days but it seldom takes more than 3 business days. In this case it is taking longer. I will check back in here when I get it.

i called them today. they said i should get it later today or tomorrow.
i expected this to be a quick payout like 2 months ago. oh well.
hope its not much longer

i called today, 10th business day. they said they are having problems w/ their processor for the ACH payouts and told me to wait another week and then call if I haven't received payment.
sucks having to wait this long to get my money

People keep having problems'with even the so called great book's, i don't understand why they don't get three or four good locals that have been in business 10 or more years. No bonuses, no credits,can get your money the next day. You don't have to figure out how to get them their money and other assundry problems that it entails.I have customer that is still waiting after a year for 6500 from book and six months from another.

Because most people don't know of 1 reliable local much less 3 or 4. Thats why internet is so popular. I would gladly give most of my business to locals.

I had a local once, I got up around 1000 on him and never heard from him again. Most people don't live in NYC or Los Angeles where there is a local in every bar.

Sure like they have the past couple of years. Face it they pay when they want to.

i've never had a problem w/ them before.
in sept, ach payout took 2 days.
fedex checks always came within a week.
and when they offered free moneygram payouts, it just took 2 days or so.
and when they offered free checks by regular mail, it took a week max.

yesterday, they said money would be in my account yesterday or today. today they said call back on monday, as they will initate a trace on what happened and that trace will take a couple days.

I did book a book to book from DSI and one from Bookmaker and they were processed in an hour - both within the last week - of course they greased me $200 for this

their sportsbook transfer fee is outrageous.

I agree. I don't know how to find a local ( that I would trust), where I live.

I would have an easier time locating drugs, if I wanted them. I don't hang out at bars, country clubs, Italian deli's, barbershops,etc. I don't know anyone here (CT), that bets, other than a few posters here, and I'm not asking them for a local either. A local is just not an option for me. It would be great if I had a stupid one, that used newspaper lines, though.
