I am not going to take up for the books with the fees issue. But in reality you cant expect a book to give you a payout for free every time.
betjamaica will give you 1 free check payout per month of up to $9000. Then they only charge you $35 for other check payouts up to $9000 more each month.
It is really tough to beat that. Even if you had to pay $50 for a payout of over $5000, that would be fine with any book
