I am always seeing negative posts about books here (many well deserved) on the rx and I thought I would reverse that trend with a positive experience. I recently was playing poker on their site and when I went to transfer some of those funds (from poker) back into the sportsbook they were not transfered.
Long story short, 165 dollars was lost, it was not in my sportsbook, nor in the poker. I immediately called customer service and they politely promised to look into it. I was emailed by the greek support within 6 hours and then again 24 hours hours later to say they were looking into it.
36 hours later they confirmed the error and refunded my account. Now some would say this probably should not have happened in the first place and I would agree. Nonetheless, their courtesy and diligence has been as good as any book I have used. I recently deposited with them and I have received 3 payouts within 24 hours.
