USC vs. either OU or Florida.
USC would handle both rather easily. This is one of the better defenses I've seen in college football in a long time, and both UF and OU would be hard-pressed to move the ball. And, when the lights are on, give me Pete Carroll in a big-game matchup ANYTIME over medium-game Bob and Urban overatted Meyer.
One other thing -- we all know that, generally speaking, you need a good defense to win a BCS title. This is why OU will lose no matter who they play.

I would also like to see Penn State vs. OU or UF. People hating on PSU don't realize how good this team really is. They have one of the top 3 defenses in the country (by the way, D wins championships) and have an explosive offense.
