Two paper routes, worked in a video aracade, ran parlay cards for some guys and cashed about 4 of 6 nights a week at the dog track. I had more disposable income at 16 than I did in my early adult life.

Funny thing is my mom thought I was responsible enough to break my Florida Prepaid College fund and give it to me to invest.

Invest I did :ohno:

I didn't know you needed money to gamble. But I made enough to survive playing golf, pool, and cards.

Grocery store...

And on a much geekier level I played Ultima Online which is like World of Warcraft... then I sold accounts each month for a few hundred bucks.

I won a betting pool for my father at his work. He saw that I knew what I was doing and he gave me my start up of $200 and told me to make my own money and not to ask him for any. I was 15 years old. I gave him back $500 when I turned 21. I never asked him for money.
