BetCarib has the same thing.
(Im not sure if these are accuarte or not but I assume they are).
Also, SportsOptions shows the percentage of public money. I cant remember exactly how the data is plugged in there.

I don't believe you can decipher what percentage is Public or Wise unless you are physically behind the counter taking the bet.
Books can tell you how much money is coming in on a certain side, 70% to 30%. What you won't be able to find out for example is that the 30% is mostly Sharp money unless you are there or you know someone who is.
percentages of bets have nothing to do with who is placing them. high percentages do not equate with public and visa versa
