Assuming they didn't let up?

I know I have way too much time on my hands but all the talk of a great college team playing a poor NFL team got me thinking how big of a blowout it would be if a good NFL team played a poor college team...

What's the final score in this game assuming there is no letup at the end?

I wonder who would be faster in a foot race - Superman? Or Meatwad on AquaTeen?

Meatwad can haul some ass but I'm going with Superman because I'm not sure that Meatwad actually has feet...

Yeah I knew this thread was wack but I had to post it anyway. Kinda like if there is a tazer at the party and you've never been tazed, you gotta see what it feels like even though you know it's not a good idea. I've been tazed quite a bit, I don't learn from my mistakes. :103631605

Years ago I defended you as I believed you were a man with intelligence who was on the right track as a handicapper. Can you please tell me why I should believe in you anymore? You are purposely having a tazer gun used on you, wtf! :ohno:

What the hell do you do in Boise!

A buddy got one at a pawn shop... I had to try it. When I drink my decision-making ability goes out the door. I'm borderline intelligent when sober though so I have that going for me.

First real answer in this thread. No, that is to many points. 70 easily but 150 is to high.

to put up 150 they would have to score a TD every 2-3 minutes...thats assuming Idaho doesnt have the ball at ALL

Idaho's offense is pretty bad and they do it against lower-level WAC teams. They might not even get a first down in this game and the Giants can pick up 10+ yards a carry IMO.

L5Y, USC is 4-0 vs SEC, outscoring them 167-48!!!

Not the Giants. But maybe the Cards or Saints would.

The Cowboys or Cards would have the best chance of doing this, but even then no way. Eventually Idaho would just start killing the clock as much as possible to make sure it stayed as low as possible. With three runs and a punt they can take off at least 2 minutes every procession. I did hear of a game in college way back when though that ended 202-0. Not exactly sure how that happened.

For this game though I'd say Dallas/Cards -84. That's 12 TD's. Seems reasonable. For the Giants I'd say maybe -77, just because they aren't the type of offense to score as quickly and they'd actually have a shot at covering Toomer and Hixon. Owens, Williams, Bolden and Fitz? No chance, especially with Romo and Warner throwing the ball. You'll say what about Jacobs, and yes he'd rip them apart, but running the ball would just lower the amount of times you'll be able to score.

How about Giants +3 @ Dallas??

How many is scored here.. seems to be the most controversial game this week.. I'd like to see some guys not just the morons in the NFL forum talk about this line

would depend on alot of factors. Would Idaho just sit on the ball after it's 50-0? Would the Giants make an effort to score quickly? Would it be nfl or college clock rules? Depends on alot of factors on how much they'd win by.

The game you are talking about is Georgia Tech against Cumberland. Game was played in 1915 or 1916 and GT won 222-0. GT scored on every one of their possessions and every Cumberland possession as well. However, it isn't really fair to call this a game. Cumberland didn't have a football team but was obligated to the game or else they would face a stiff financial penalty. So Cumberland brought out a team of 12-14 kids that had never played a lick of football and got creamed.

First to answer the wack question.
More than likey you would need more than 60 minutes to win by 150 + points. So no is the answer.

Now for the real question.
Superman would win said race, everybody knows AquaTeen is no good on land.
