I just paid $1.25 a gallon for regular unleaded here in Houston...just wondering whats its like in other parts.

I don't know, but I am guessing yes. They have fallen, but probably not to the extent they have here. They pay some serious taxes on fuel and so they can be adjusted to keep the price stable.

Here in costa rica it is $4.29 a gallon for regular.
