On the road at Temple. Tenn schedules this game so they can run over Temple, Temple schedules this game so they can toughen up for conference play. I think this goes according to plan and I have news for you Tennessee is a legit Final 4 contender and won't be stopped until they run in to a team who can keep up with thier speed but also post them inside. Temple I don't think can do either.

GimmeDatt, the line on Memphis is currently +4.5 at The Greek.

Would you advise locking this in now or perhaps wait to squeeze in an extra 1/2 point to 1 point for +5 or +5.5? :think2:

Well it opened at 3.5 and I can't believe the money is going to be on Georgetown. I would monitor this CLOSELY. If it drops a half buy it at 4 and if it goes up, wait it out +5.5 if you could.

Well, I know nada about roundball. So I have been following either GimmeDatt or Homedawg on plays. When they are on conflicting sides of the SAME game, it leaves me befuddled. I then look around at what CK, Seriousaddiction and several others have to get a consensus.

Thanks and GL2U! :toast:

Cuse going against a team that NEVER plays East Coast games. They now come across the country and play at 12:00 EST also known as 9:00am PST. The last game I could find where they came close to the East Coast was when they played @ Temple in 06' and they lost by 30. Then later that year they had a tourny game in Columbus and gave up 124 points to Tennessee. Not only do I think this makes for a slow, sloppy start for LBST, but I also think Cuse is a very poor match up for LBST.

Where I think Syracuse should cover this spread there is just so much going on up there right now I don't know how their going to react. It's all the team has been dealing with the past week. non stop questions on about the Devendorf suspension, and even Harris, Arinze, and Rick Jackson being accused of collaborating their stories about the incident. To say they have been distracted would be an understatement. As I said Devo will be available for the game, but these are just 18-21 year old kids (in these guys case more like 19-20). They have trouble focusing as it is, but now with this who knows how their going to respond. It could draw them closer, and they can use the game as an escape from all the questions, but you just don't know how their going to react. Just throwing it out there if you weren't aware of the current situation. I live in Syracuse, and that's all that has been on the news, newspaper, and campus

If Devo is available (I think he will be) I truly think they will rally around him. Hard to gauge how the kids will react true but this Syracuse team I think realized when they beat Kansas that they have a real shot this year of going deep and I think they are a legit top 15 caliber team.
