whats funny i I have to completely agree...

though I learned a lot of new things, etc.

I seriously have to, and have, weighed the fact of going str8 to work out of high school or learning some sort of trade

I know MANY, and I mean MANY of my peers whom either didn't complete of didn't go to college doing WAY better than me

Always have I wondered was college really worth it at all~

gotta choose what the trends say are going to be in demand...unfortunately, sports management hasn't been in demand for a long time:sad3:

Unless you want to teach, do medicine, law, or work heavily with numbers, college is almost worthless.

Even though I have never used it, getting my degree from the University Of Oklahoma is one of my proudest accomplishments.

College was a great time for me...prepares you for the real world instead of living at home with Mommy and Daddy...

Really. Research what you're degree will provide for you before 'wasting' all those years and money.

It would be nice if Obama gave all students a bailout! The Banks already got paid. :finger: Parlay away

I was an average high school student, went to college, drank 7 days a week and graduated with a 3.4 GPA. Who'd of thunk it.

I think 44K is cheap for four years of drinking and women. Try getting married.

College is the biggest waste of money.

Trade school, learnng to be a carpenter, truck driving, it guy is the only thing valuable. Mechanic, etc. You go to school to learn a trade, a tech school etc. Then you learn the business skills later. You don't go to school to major in english.

Thats why for my undergrad I stayed in state and spent the cheapest amount possible. I was just saving up for my Masters. Will get out with about 10k in debt.

yep! that's why studying exercise science will benefit me when i'm through. chiropractor\physical therapist with a minor in business management...i can open my own practice. if you don't research what your interests are and if there will be jobs available for when you get out...you shouldn't have went to college:missingte
