Once I start a chargeback dispute, how long does it usually take to get the matter settled one way or the other?
Have never had to file a chargeback until today. Have had a nightmare of a time with St. Petersburg bowl tickets. Bought the tickets last Tuesday, December 9, and was told they would be shipped out to me. Never received the tickets and have been calling around all yesterday and today but have yet to speak to a person. Most disorganized shit I have ever seen. All the USF-related websites and phone numbers either tell you to leave a message or call the Tropicana Field ticket office. When you call the Tropicana Field ticket office, it's another answering machine after sifting through a myriad of options that only involve Rays tickets. Just a bunch of bullshit.
