I don't know if there's a sales rep who posts on here that can answer these.

1. What is the difference between Pro and Premium?
2. Are the differences enough to buy the upgrade?
3. What are the payment options?
4. Are there any new features going to be added in the future?
5. If there are added features, will the membership fee go up or am I locked in when I sign up?

Thanks.

I emailed SportsOptions with a link to this thread but you can also call their Customer Service at: 702-835-1250.

Hi gtc,

Sorry I did not see this sooner - I'm out of the office today.

1. The main difference is speed - Pro is live and Standard has a small delay on the odds and a 5 minute dealy on the Notices. Also, Key Move alerts are only available on the Pro version.

2. This depends on your needs. If you want to get down on info that you see on the service, you would need the Pro version.

3. You can pay by credit card, check, cash or paypal.

4. We are adding new features every month. Some of the upcoming features are personal columns, email alerts and sms alerts.

5. We do not have any plans to increase our price at this time.

I hope this helps. Feel free to post here or email me at rick@sportsoptions if you need anything else.

Thanks
Rick
