He's above average, not elite. Pads stats vs. crap teams but can't beat good teams. This idea that he's elite though is laughable.

I was screaming last year for them to take Brady Quinn, Romo looks like he is stuck at qb for Dallas for the next 5 years, they just need a new head coach going into their new Palace next year

Romo and big games don't mix. I was quite surprised that he didn't fumble the ball to go along with his usual 2 picks tonight .

He's never won a big game yet so how can anyone call him elite. Actually I barely call him average.

Jessica has dumbed the boy up.

Romo does not comprehend the devastation caused by a Turnover.

I think you're giving Romo too much credit by calling him overrated. There has never been anything to overate. He came into the league, made some noise with some big passes and scrambling and has struggled since. He has become a walking, talking human Turnover.

He forces throws to T.O.

Get rid of T.O. and in my opinon becomes a much better QB..

But he is marketable! And his grandparents are Hispanic!

Surely, that's worth 6 years and $67M.

Who cares about Super Bowls. Jerry Jones only cares about selling more Pepsi.

Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo had his worst third-down performance of the season in Sunday's loss to San Diego.
On his third-down plays, Romo completed only 1-of-6 passes for 14 yards and no first downs. In the last two games, Romo is a sub-standard 10-of-19 for 103 yards and only seven first downs on third-down passes.
