I have posted on here as degeneratedood1(yes I've said some stupid stuff before I apologize) but I'm alone in my dorm room right now.
A month ago I was charged with domestic abuse-causing mental illness for throwing my girlfriend out of my dorm, she had been flirting with some guy, I think there was more too it. I went to jail and bail was 2000 dollars, after a week we started talking again( we have a daughter together 12 months old).
I had started seeing another girl at the same time basically a friend who was there for me the whole time it went down, I fucked her a few times, but I don't care about her or love her.
This girl knew about her and my ex girlfriend knew about her, yet she wasn't angry. I stopped seeing her, this week me and the ''ex-girlfriend'' got in a big argument and after that she was very cold(this occured thursday). Yesterday I called her and she kept avoiding hanging out and making excuses, I found this weird and was positive what was occuring.
Today I checked her voicemail and there was one from her friend telling her to come pick her baby up it was 1 am, this was from last night, I went over to her house basically tracked her ass down, and she admitted she went on a date( only kissed ha ha) yet she kept telling me she was disgusted with me , saying I couldnt give her anormal life, that I gamble, that I do this and that. When i asked her what she thought I got mad at her for she basically wouldn't say anything. She told me she didn't want to see me again and was disgusted with me.
Whats your thoughts on this?
She told me she met this guy at target one night when i was there with our daughter, I'm positive that this is utter bullshit. I guarantee they fucked aswell.
I feel absolutely fucking gutted, but I knew this would occur. Tell me some legal rights I have with the daughter, and persay some (il)legal rights I have .
