1kg of steak and 1 750ml bottle of wine...in ten minutes?

My buddy said he didn't think anyone could do it. I'm not a huge guy (6'3", 190) but I think I could do it. Of course, I have to keep it down for at least 90 minutes after finishing. Anybody think I can do it?

If you're lucky, you might even get a youtube video of it.
