Everytime i click on to the Rx page i get this small box with Internet Explorer at the top. It states Problems with this web page might prevent it from being displayed properly or funtion properly. In the future, you can display this message by double clicking the warning icondisplay in the status bar. Notice status bar always says error page. This never happened until two days before. Doesn't happen anywhere else and is a pain to close everytime. Thanks:lol:

I am far from a computer wiz, in fact the opposite but first I would delete temporary files and cookies and try to access The Rx.com from there.

BOL. wil..

I no longer use MSIExplorer so unfortunately can't determine the cause of your bug.

It would appear to be something within your Internet Explorer in terms of Tools>Options>Display Preferences

I do endorse the notion of downloading and installing Mozilla Firefox and using it instead of MSIExplorer

You'll find that visually it's 95% similar and you'll also find it's far less likely to have problems online.

If you look into your Internet Explorer Tools>Options (or Preferences), poke around in there and I'm pretty sure there's a button that allows you to retain passwords. Likely under Privacy

since I don't have it now, I'm not precise on the names, but I think you get the idea

Will look for it today . Thanks. Seems to be working better. Installed Firefox and going to try and get used to it. Always have trouble trying something new.
