I don't think the question is Which store is good, the question should be , how fast can i get my money if i win. The same stores are always at the top of the list, but this automatically does not mean that you will get your money ASAP. Some are doing so much processing at this time of the year and it takes a while..If you are in a hurry, i would look around.
