I've noticed lately that I have a problem with anger but I internalize it.
For example, when my boss criticizes me for not doing something because I was busy fixing something he messed up I get angry and my first thoughts are to quit my job. Then I also have anxiety the next morning going to work wondering what thing my boss will criticize me for that day and I get mad at not being able to find another job.
I take it out when I watch sports. I yell and swear even when my team has a great play. It's fun to yell and swear even at good events.

long story short, dad is dying of cancer and feels he has the right to treat everyone like crap on his last few months out. the crazy bastard evne had the nerve to tell me that if he dies he will come back to curse my gf by being her cancer, or ruptured spleen or what not. He's truly an awful man.
Take Lexapro or Cymbalta. I was never a big fan of meds, but the angr I had man let me tell you. If I heard someone crackle or have dry mouth or any little thing I would go bezerk! I would swear yell and get all mad. My tolerance was very very low and I was very irritable. I've been on Lexapro for 3 months and the anger has gone down ALOT. I'm like a new person.
