what is the maximum payout you can get from straight wagers at nevada sportsbooks before you have to fill out the tax/1099 shit

looked for this all over but couldn't find a straight answer

Dude, don't even worry about it.

Generally it is on 10K and up. I have made many wagers that are over that, they have my social on file and I don't give a shit what they fill out. Never been an issue.

10k bet or 10k payout?

so if it's over 10k, and they take your social but you don't fill the shit out, they don't send anything to the irs?
