Bookmaker Withdrawl Question

I was hoping someone could let me know if they are having the same issue:

I made a withdrawl, ($1500) with them on 12/13, money left my account on 12/25, as of today I still haven't received the Fed Ex check. I called last night and they said that due to the holidays they haven't received any tracking numbers from Fed Ex until 4pm today. Should I be concerned or is this common since all of this took place during the holidays?

Bookmaker always pulls this crap. They will sit on W/D for weeks and weeks. They are hoping you will bet (and lose). I know VD will be on shortly to defend this operation. BOTTOM LINE - They are rude people with crap for customer sevice. Take your money elsewhere ( if you get it).

If you don't want to call, PM me and let's see what happens..I tried to PM the both of you but you guys are not recieving PM's...

If you guys have a legitimate complaint, things we be worked out today!

Honest question. Are even you shocked at how many bookmaker complaints continue to pop up on this board almost daily?

Maybe because they have the most clients (which I don't believe the case) but can you answer why we are all simply unlucky with withdrawls from them?

You would expect Bookmaker to be top of the line on payouts but I have seen this type of thread in several places

Viejo Dinosaur I spoke with James and he gave me the tracking #, funny thing is DHL has that the check left yesterday, (FROM INDIA!!?), although Bookmaker told me it was on it's way since the 25th of December, I wish they were honest with me from the get go. I thank you for your help though.

Withdrawals are difficult, I grant you that..anytime anyone calls CRIS, make sure you get a first name and last name...they have literally seven hundred people working there....I wish you would have asked for me...I was here for 4 hours...

GoBlue...not shocked at all...what I am shoked is lousy customer service when it happens...

As I said before, get names of these rude clerks....and I don't really think that they do it purposely...Bottom line...if you want to go somewhere else, that is your perogative...no one has ever been stiffed here...as I stated before, take names...It's your money and no book can ever deny you that...

CRIS does take this withdrawal stuff seriously...they have recently put a plan together to get faster payouts...whenever they see a complaint on the RX they usually call me...if anyone has any direct questions about their proceedures, just call them at their toll free number and don't be afraid to talk to someone and always get their names...they have thousands of customers and it is not their intention of holding anybody's money back...

I actually think CRIS should put me back on the payroll...but I am dreaming there...LOL

One word...Betjamaica. Why would anyone put up with Bookmaker when they can go to Betjamaica. I just don't get it.

Betjam offerings are limited and bland compared to Bookmaker on top of that they take a certain deposit method that many other books can't, which is very convenient & that's why they are still get customers but this shit is getting old to keep seeing over and over again.

Viejo Dinosaur, I did ask for you about 5 times, I mentioned Micky's office, they kept putting me on hold, then asking me what it was in regards to, then put me on hold again, then asked me again what it was in regards to. I kept telling them you asked me to contact you, but they just put me on hold then came back and gave me a tracking #.

Couldn't find anybody there today to confirm your call...I believe you but it is plain bad communication on CRIS's part...I spent an hour and a half today in the CRIS payout department and learned many things..opened my eyes a little...PM me and we can talk about it...or maybe I will post some of the info that I learned to make sure everyone is aware of all the rules about depositing and withdrawing, will do that this weekend...

That may be but at least you can get your money out quickly. To me that is more important. I miss the good ole days of Neteller.

Are you being facetious or are you serious? Maybe I will post from their payout department on Saturday morning and then anyone can ask questions and get a response...

Maybe now is the time to ask questions and I will gather them and post all serious inquiries on Saturday morning....

I had a bookmaker withdrawal before the holidays and it was in my hand in 10 days via regular mail.

I requested another on 12/22 and I'm still waiting. It's not a huge deal, they say 30 days via regular mail but in my experience I've paid for Fedex and usually it's only a few days faster than regular mail.
