9 players . sit and go type . $ 40 entry . pay top 3 .

15 minutes levels . 7500 chips . took 2 hours to play .

pocket aces dealt 5 times in the first game. 3 times to one guy , the other 2 times to another guy. they lost 4 times .

i am dealt during the first game : pocket kings, queens , jacks, 10's , 9's , 7's , 6's and 3's .

their are no less than 15 river beats . runner , runner 5 times .

Now , what are the odds of this : we are down to 3 players . about the 5th hand , all 3 players are dealt pocket pairs. 3's , 6's and 9's ..

the chip leader had the 9's .. i have 6's . all 3 guys are all in pre flop.

6 on the river...

Yesterday at the Hard Rock i was dealt pocket A's.........after a couple raises, ended up all-in($440) pre-flop and had two callers, one with K-K($300) and another with Q-Q($230).

The board came 2-5-7-9-J

I grin when I win.......................:aktion033

Nothing, and I mean nothing, should ever seem impossible in holdem............there are only 52 cards.

However, getting dealt pocket ACES four times in a row as Doyle suggested happened to him once, is really a longshot and almost impossible to believe.

Does anyone ever play poker any more?

Seems hold em is all there is,even at the home games.

We used to play poker constantly in my garage back in the day and was dealers choice and we never played hold em as was to slow.

I moved, but talking to my old poker buddies they say they have these damn hold em tourneys in the home games, glad I'm not there.

Of course they also say the games are far and in between as life gets in the way.

Play 1/2 or 2/3 .....three raise limit.

Two ,three doesn't sound like much but it gets harry trust me especially if your playing high low, split pot games.
