OK now, everyone gather around..Here is the latest on the Bookmaker situation and hopefully it will answer most questions and put at ease some of your concerns..

Bookmaker and all its sister and subsidiary companies have absolutely every intention of getting you paid..they consider getting a customer paid as the best and most rewarding form of marketing..they don't gain a penny of interest sitting on your money, but stand to lose a customer or recieve negative feedback if they do..so they attempt to make evey means possible to get you paid...

CRIS is not a strapped book holding your funds...that is why they don't offer those ridiculous 50,80, and 100 per cent bonuses...

They have a loyalty program unmatched in the industry and are in the process of making it better...

Most asked question is that it is easy to take my money when it is sent, why is it difficult for you to pay me? CRIS cannot unfortunately send their accountant with a few filled suitcases with money and send to all its customers money..they are not a bank and it is totally illogical for them to do so..so in this case, as in all their payout methods, they contact a third party which is called the Processor and send them in bunches..

These are the steps taken
1. Customer calls
2. Same day Payout department sends it to the processor.
3. Processor starts its own protocol, whose intricities are in the dark with CRIS..CRIS does not know the order of their payouts because other sportsbook companies may be involved..
4. The Processor contacts WU/Money Gram/Fed Ex and requests the control numbers and tracking numbers..if they knew it was gambling related there might be a problem..
5. WU and others get back to the processor with info requested..
6. Processor gets back to CRIS
7. Finally CRIS updates their system to have info waiting for the customer..this is where the CS clerk reviews your account to make sure all the paperwork is on file and checks for rollover requirements and if you have deposited via credit card/debit card..

To quickly touch on credit card subject, CRIS simply require pretty much what Wal Mart requires with your card..If you check the website, it tells you clearly the instructions on where to print the authorization form and where to send it...this can be done on your very first deposit and never again unless you use a different card..

CRIS has some direct contact with smaller WU/MG agencies that do cut out having to go through a processor and gets control/tracking numbers within a day or two, but they only get so many and then they must move on to another processor...

This is the hand that has been dealt coutesy of Uncle Sam..obviously not all books have the same payment methods..

CRIS pays thousands of dollars yearly in airfare and hotels scouring the world for trusted, reputable processors...there are lots of them out there, but all of them are not trustworty and when it comes to your money, CRIS prefers to have a professional outfit, rather than a fly by night outfit looking for a quick score...

I hope this answers a few questions and feel free to e-mail me for any others...thanks for your time, VD

Would love to have this stuck to the top of this forum. There will be many withdrawls after the Super Bowl. Nice to clear up some of the misconceptions.
