Man with toy gun ignores requests to remove ski mask; 24-year-old arrested minutes later

STOW: A man who waited in line inside a Stow bank, ignoring requests to remove his ski mask, robbed a teller with what turned out to be a toy gun, police said.
Feliks Goldshtein, 24, of Highland Heights, was arrested minutes later.
Stow police say Goldshtein went inside the Graham Road branch of National City Bank about 1:30 p.m. Thursday and took his place in line behind several customers, still wearing his ski mask.
A teller asked Goldshtein to remove his mask before he could be served. He ignored the request, then was called to the counter where, according to police, he said, ''Give it to me'' and ''Give it all to me.''
Goldshtein left with an undisclosed amount of money.
''Waiting in line is a little unusual. That doesn't happen too often,'' Stow police Capt. Rick Myers said.
The suspect's run lasted less than 10 minutes as his silver Altima with a crumpled roof was spotted by police stationed nearby.
Police tried to stop the vehicle at Graham and Dover roads, but Goldshtein fled. A brief chase ended when Goldshtein's car drove into a yard on Charring Cross. There were no injuries.
Police say they recovered the money, the ski mask and a plastic toy gun they say were used in the ill-fated heist.
Goldshtein is charged with aggravated robbery and failure to comply with a lawful order. He is being held in the Summit County Jail.
